About

Built in Pakistan, for the schools that shape it.

Korvia isn't another school management system. It's an attempt to give private schools in Pakistan the operating clarity that modern companies take for granted — without asking them to change how they teach.

Mission & Vision

One clear mission. One long horizon.

Mission

Give every private school in Pakistan the operating clarity of a modern company.

Not more software. Fewer registers, fewer WhatsApp threads, fewer end-of-month surprises — so principals can spend the day on students, not spreadsheets.

Vision

A generation of Pakistani schools that run as thoughtfully as they teach.

When the back office is quiet, the classroom gets loud in the right ways. That's the school we're building for.

Values

Six things we won't compromise on.

01

Calm over clever

The best software gets out of the way. If a feature adds a screen without removing a task, it doesn't ship.

02

The teacher's time is sacred

Every workflow is judged by how many minutes it gives back to the classroom. Anything that costs the teacher time is a bug.

03

AI drafts, humans decide

AI is a quiet co-pilot for repetitive work — never the one signing off on a child's report card.

04

Written for Pakistan

Urdu-friendly, WhatsApp-native, offline-forgiving. Built for the school in Rawalpindi, not translated from one in San Francisco.

05

Boringly reliable

Fee day, exam day, admissions day — those days we work harder than any other. Uptime is a promise, not a metric.

06

Priced by size, not by feature

Small schools deserve the full product. We scale price by student count, never by paywalling the tools they need.

Why Korvia exists

We kept meeting principals who ran brilliant schools on Excel and prayer.

Walk into most private schools in Pakistan and you'll find something remarkable — a principal who knows every child's name, teachers who stay late without being asked, parents who trust the institution deeply. And then you'll find the back office: fee registers in three different handwritings, attendance sheets photocopied from last year, admissions data spread across four notebooks and one WhatsApp group.

The teaching is world-class. The systems around it are held together by memory and goodwill. When a coordinator leaves, half the school's operating knowledge leaves with her.

Korvia exists because that gap costs schools their best people. Principals who should be shaping curriculum spend their evenings chasing dues. Teachers who should be planning lessons are copying marks between registers. Owners who should be opening the next campus are stuck reconciling the last month.

The schools were never the problem. The tools were.

So we're building the tools — quietly, deliberately, and with the schools themselves. Not a system that asks a Pakistani school to become a case study for a foreign product. A system that starts from the way our schools already work, and gives them the leverage the rest of the modern world takes for granted.

Why Pakistani schools need this now

The next decade of Pakistani education will be won by schools that operate cleanly.

Enrolment is climbing. Parent expectations are rising faster than fees. A parent who books an Uber in twelve seconds is not going to tolerate a paper fee slip and a two-week delay for a report card. The market is quietly re-sorting itself around the schools that can keep up.

At the same time, the schools trying to modernise are being handed the wrong tools — either legacy management systems designed for the 2010s, or foreign SaaS built for schools with a different language, calendar and payment culture. Neither fits.

Modernisation, for a Pakistani private school, isn't about adopting Silicon Valley trends. It's about basics done properly: fees that reconcile themselves, attendance that reaches parents in seconds, results that arrive when they're promised, and a principal who can see the whole school on one screen.

Where we're headed

A directional roadmap, not a feature calendar.

We ship in seasons, not sprints. Here's the arc — dates deliberately omitted, because we'd rather do each phase properly than promise a Q3.

  1. Now

    The core operating system

Admissions, attendance, fees, exams and parent communication — the daily rhythm of every school, running on one clean surface.

  2. Next

    Intelligence, everywhere it's earned

AI drafting, predicting and summarising inside the modules teachers already use — never as a separate product, always inside a workflow.

  3. Later

    The connected school network

Multi-campus operations, board-level analytics, and open integrations so a Pakistani school can plug into the wider education ecosystem on its own terms.

  4. Someday

    The learning layer

Personalised support for every student — grounded in their own school's data, respectful of the teacher's judgement, never a replacement for it.

A short note

If you run a private school in Pakistan and any of this sounded like your Monday morning — we'd genuinely like to hear from you.

Korvia is being built with schools, not just for them. The founding cohort is small on purpose. If you'd like to shape what comes next, the door is open.
